Another Type of Thief

Who would've thought it'd come to this? Yes, I know the gas prices are skyrocketing and closing in on $4.00 a gallon almost everywhere across Hawaii, but oh my goodness! I never thought people would sink to this.

In today's Advertiser, I read that people are starting to steal gas from cars and trucks. First copper wire, now gasoline? It's almost as if the world is slowly regressing instead of progressing.
